"DemoRecorder - A screen recorder for Linux"

DemoRecorder is a screen-recorder for Linux covering a wide area of use-cases such as

• recording educational videos showing how a software works. ( useful in a FAQ, your docs or in sales material )
• 24/7 recording of mission critical systems. This uses a special recording mode, that's different from the default recording mode. This special recording mode is optimized for high reliability and small recording files, so that you can archive several months of screen activity easily. • recording games
• recording critical tasks such as shopping in online shops etc.

DemoRecorder is a niche product for high-end corporate customers who need professional support and the possibility to order implementation of additional features or help with integration in their systems. So I am partly in the project business. DemoRecorder is not a mass market, low-priced product. Never was and probably never will be.
