How do I uninstall DemoRecorder if I have installed it from the TGZ file?

Please remove the directory called "DemoRecorder" that you have created by unpacking the TGZ file.

If you have installed it in the standard location /opt/DemoRecorder then please proceeed as follows:

su
cd /opt
rm -rf DemoRecorder
and enter the root-password when prompted. (The password is requested by su.)

If you don't have the root-password, but you have sudo rights (e.g. on Ubuntu), then please proceed as follows instead:

cd /opt
sudo rm -rf DemoRecorder
and enter your password when prompted. (The password is requested by sudo.)
